erlang:extract-dependencies

Description:
Unpack erlang-otp or erlang-std
dependencies. This will unpack all dependencies of this
MavenProject into the target/lib
directory. This is done only in case the dependency has changed
since the last unpack process.
Attributes:
- Requires a Maven 2.0 project to be executed.
- Requires dependency resolution of artifacts in scope: test.
- Binds by default to the lifecycle phase: generate-sources.
